After reading these magazines one would naturally think that all these professional bodybuilders have built massive impressive physique from the use of such and such brand name supplements. So, I must have them too!
The fact of the matter is whether it is bodybuilding or strength training or weight loss, almost 97% of the gains will come from hard training, diet and rest cycles.
So, why do you need to run after very expensive brand name supplements when you've not maximized your gains from training and diet?
What's more, you can make your own supplement at home with very simple and inexpensive ingredients that will work far better than any other commercial brand name supplement! That's right!Almost everyone has ready access to all these ingredients which can be used to concoct this magic potion!

All the bodybuilding routines outlined in a bodybuilding magazine may not be suitable for you at all!
Most of the time they lead to overtraining and resultant muscle fatigue for any genetically average person!

However, doing so many sets also leads to over training and muscle fatigue for most newcomers.
There are other bodybuilding routines that are perfectly suited for newcomers as they promote an ideal training regimen and trigger off maximum growth.
Keep these facts in mind when you are searching for the right guidance on bodybuilding and strength training.
Do not accept any advice from another bodybuilder until and unless he or she is a professionally qualified coach.
