Bio

Dexter "The Blade" Jackson is a total beast of a performer on stage. He has one of the most well-crafted sets of abs we’ve ever seen. They’re ridged and pumped. He doesn’t win any height contests at 5’6". But when he puts on his trunks and walks on stage for a 60 second routine, he looks like a freakin’ action figure! He has shattered the myth that short guys can’t compete.

Career

Jackson began his journey to Mr. Olympia in 1992 when he entered the NPC Southern States Championships of 1992. In that event he took 3rd and continued training hard until he obtained his first NPC win in 1995 during the NPC USA Championships, Light-Heavyweight.

In 1998, Jackson made his professional debut at the IFBB North American Championships where he won. Throughout the late 1990s and the 2000 he clawed his way to the top. 2008 was by far this man’s best year. He won the Arnold Classic, Australian Pro Grand Prix, New Zealand Grand Prix and the Russian Grand Prix. Oh, and then he won Mr. Olympia. Needless to say, in 2008 "The Blade" was totally unstoppable.

Speculators believe he may be the next Mr. Olympia in 2012.

He’s been featured in numerous fitness magazines, including Muscular Development and Flex magazines.
